Shipping & Returns
Our Policy
Please ensure you measure your pet twice to avoid incorrect size ordering. Please
use the size guides available on our website. We are not responsible for the
incorrect size being purchased, If you have ordered the incorrect size you will need
to re-order the correct size on our website and return the wrong size to us.
We will happily accept returns if you are not 100% happy with your purchase or
exchange if your item has arrived damaged. Please see criteria below;
All Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of delivery. Package must be
postmarked within 21 days of delivery
Item(s) must be in the brand new, unworn, unwashed condition and hair - free.
Please pack your return item with a copy of your original invoice, or a note with your
order number, name and address and return in original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping
costs from original orders will not be refunded due to a return. We recommend
using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item
and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Once your return or exchange is received, inspected and approved based on our
approval policy, credit will be applied to your original form of payment usually within
3 business days. Please allow 21 business business days for bank or credit
provider due to their processing times before contacting us.
EXCLUSIONS: All sale items are non-returnable / refundable.
All custom made products and made-to-order items
Defective items
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us via email within 21 days of
receiving the product in order for us to be able to replace the them. Shipping costs
are covered with defective or damaged items.
Discounts
Please be aware discount and / or brand rep codes can only be used once per
transaction. These discounts cannot be combined. You can only use a multi /
combined discount offer if free shipping has been offered along with a discount.
EU SHIPPING
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. With some of our shipping services, you will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order..
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to most countries. We ship via DHL tracked service, this
will detail where your parcel is in transit. Please ensure your email is correct so you
receive your tracking information. Please allow up to 28 days for some delivery
destinations.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the EU,
and based on weight and country.
If an attempted delivery has been made and you do not collect within the local
couriers time frame the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further
charges for us to resend your order, or your order being refunded (minus shipping
costs) and cancelled.
DSF4P is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty
that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are
not covered by the shipping costs.
Missing Orders
We are not responsible for delays in transit, missing, lost or stolen orders. Please
contact DHL with enquiries for missing orders. If they have been shipped
back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re send this out to you
but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used.
NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE REFUNDED AT ANY TIME.
Disclaimer
None of our products are indestructible, always check your dogs accessories for
wear and tear. It is the responsibility of the owner to determine the suitability and
condition of the product for their pet. We cannot be responsible for the unsuitability
of a product for your pet, general wear and tear, imroper use, cleaning and
storage of this product.
Dogs harnesses must fit at the neck and chest to be suitable.
We are unable to refund or replace for general wear and tear of a product, only
genuine faulty products will be resolved after inspection.
Print colour may vary due to printing and manufacture processes. Designs are
made as a repeat pattern so each harness will be unique. All designs are copyright
to DSF4P
We recommend hand washing in cool water or spot cleaning, never wash above 40
degrees as this may cause shrinkage. Products can be hung or left flat to dry. We
would suggest not drying accessories in a drier as this will damage plastic features
on the product and may cause shrinkage.
